Role Overview
As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and expansion of our NetSuite and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate across departments, assess client needs, and craft tailored business solutions, ensuring both business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is not afraid to take initiative and explore new avenues for innovation, sales, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities by selling NetSuite and Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to prospective clients, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, cold outreach, and leveraging industry connections.
- Solution Design & Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and solutions that address client pain points and drive digital transformation.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional post-sale support.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on NetSuite and Oracle products, features, and industry trends to effectively position our offerings and drive client success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, implementation, and product development, to align strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Entrepreneurial Growth: Identify new opportunities for expanding service offerings, improving sales processes, and exploring new market segments.
What We’re Looking For:

- Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on selling ERP solutions to Mid-Market and Corporate customers. You have experience with more complex sales cycles.
- Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Consultative Approach: Strong ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that drive value and business efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You’re adept at managing stakeholder relationships. You’re proficient in Dutch, English and French.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products and market trends, and pivot strategies as needed.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit, with a strong ability to work across teams and contribute to collective success.
