We are seeking a motivated and skilled Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud. As a Support Consultant, you will work closely with clients, troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.
Your role
- Provide high-quality application support to our clients using Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation related to support processes, issue resolutions, and application configurations.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, functionalities, and modules.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accountancy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Fluent oral & written communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus;
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support services.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud will be an advantage.
